Unacceptable Behavior

Harassment and Discrimination
Any form of sexualized language or imagery, trolling, insulting remarks, derogatory comments, personal or political attacks.
Privacy Violations
Sharing others' private information without explicit permission.
Inappropriate Conduct
Actions that are unprofessional or deemed unsuitable in a supportive, healing-focused setting.

Enforcement Guidelines

Correction

Impact:Minor violations, such as inappropriate language.
Consequence:A private, written warning with guidance on appropriate behavior. A public apology may be requested to restore harmony.

Warning

Impact:Repeated or more serious violations.
Consequence:A formal warning outlining potential consequences for continued behavior. Temporary restrictions on interactions may be imposed.

Temporary Ban

Impact:Sustained inappropriate behavior.
Consequence:Temporary exclusion from community interactions to allow for reflection and growth.

Permanent Ban

Impact:Severe or ongoing violations.
Consequence:Permanent removal from the community to maintain a safe and supportive environment.

Reporting and Enforcement

If you encounter or experience abusive, harassing, or otherwise unacceptable behavior, please report it to our community leaders at Community@LivingLetter.org. All reports will be handled with discretion and respect for privacy, ensuring a safe environment for all members.
